We collect only what We need to fill Your order and run a small candle studio. We do not sell Your personal information, and We do not share it for advertising.

• Account information — Your email address, name (if You add one), and a password, which is stored hashed by our authentication provider. We cannot see it.
• Order information — The items You buy and the name, email, phone number and shipping address You enter at checkout. Checkout is handled by Square; Your card details go directly to Square and are never seen or stored by Us.
• Messages — Anything You send through our contact, wholesale, or newsletter forms, or by email.
• Usage data — Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as Your IP address, browser type and the pages You request, for security and troubleshooting.
• Browser storage — Your cart is stored in Your own browser so it survives a refresh. Scent quiz answers never leave Your browser.

• To provide the Service — including processing, packing, shipping and supporting Your orders.
• To manage Your Account — including showing Your order history.
• To contact You — about Your orders, Your Account, or messages You have sent Us.
• To send news and offers — only if You join our email list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

• Vercel — website hosting.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, or when necessary to protect Our rights, prevent wrongdoing, or protect the safety of users or the public.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy: order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, account information until You ask Us to delete Your Account, email list information until You unsubscribe, and messages for up to two years. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13, and We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If You are a parent or guardian and believe Your child has provided Us with personal information, please contact Us and We will delete it.
